Quality
We use only the best and freshest vinyl in the world. Thick-n-sticky is not always the best. The thicker the vinyl and laminate combo the harder it is to contour around the parts of your machine, which in turn leave bubbles and an odd looking fit to your wrap. Our wraps are 12 Mil thick.
Color Changes
Changing colors is easy and free! If you don’t like a color set from the wraps we offer and would like to use a custom color, Pantone color or anything else please feel free to contact us about changes!

Shipping/Package Damage
We use UPS, FEDEX and Speedee Delivery for our shipping. If you receive a wrap and it has been damaged, please take pictures and contact us. We will help with the shipping damage claim. Once the wrap has left our shop it is in our shippers hands, and even though it is not our fault it got damaged, WE WILL help you get the problem taken care of. Some damage may only be cosmetic and once applied with a little heat the wrinkles with lay flat. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving the damaged wrap.
Warranty
Outland Wraps is not liable for improper installation of graphics, damage to them due to improper install techniques, or damage due to everyday and race situations. Should a defect be found, we will replace the necessary components up to 1 year from purchase after the kit/decals have been returned and inspected. If you have already installed the wrap and feel that you have found a defect, do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns
Considering we print on demand, we cannot accept any returns. But we understand mistakes can be made, whether our fault or yours, know we will work with you to figure out the best solution to the problem. Unlike other wrap places, we will take the time to work with you, ensuring a happy and confident purchase. We acknowledge that your time is valuable and we take that seriously!
Color Matching
We cannot guarantee a perfect color match due to fading of the OEM’s body parts. We do however print all our colors with Pantone charts and color match as close as possible. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific pantone color to use.

We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
We only store the personal information that you provide as a registered customer in your order history. You will need to enter all credit card numbers for each purchase as we do not store them on any of our servers or software.
Custom
We do custom wrap kits, but first please email or call regarding custom wraps. Custom Wraps start at $599 (plus shipping and applicable taxes) which requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will work with you from design to final install tips to ensure a happy custom wrap purchase!
